• Typically retreats are an All-Inclusive 3-Day, 2-Night stay at an elegant hotel/ cabin or luxury resort

• Check-in is generally on Friday 3 PM with Check-out on a Sunday 11 AM

• All meals are included in the price of the retreat 

• T-Shirt

• Gift Bag

• Yoga/ Meditation

• The retreats are twice a year:

  • The Summer retreat is dedicated to the teens 9-17 year-olds 

  • (We offer scholarships for a select number of participants. Inquire how to apply for a scholarship by clicking contact)
